Enjoy the beautiful, grassed area on the banks of the Murray River at our Rotunda, perhaps the picturesque ‘3rd Hole’ or beside the Lake on the Golf Course for your wedding. Brides have used the Outdoor Area at the front of the Club or indoors in the Auditorium. The options are endless!
If your event or conference is on the Club grounds we can have hors d’oeuvres and beverages served anywhere inside the venue, on the Heath Terrace or in the Outdoor Area.
We have three main function rooms available for bookings.
Renovated last year, the Sports Suite is the perfect modern area for all occasions. Book your group in for a go in HD Sports Simulator, the virtual golf game with over 40 courses! There are also 30 additional games for non-golfers, and adjustable settings to suit everyone. Along with a fresh look, an outdoor area was the perfect addition to the Sports Suite. Suitable for groups to enjoy meals and beverages outside with heating and cooling when needed, and large screen TV’s.
The Auditorium is great for larger groups of up to 300 people for a sit-down meal. The room is split level, allowing many options for a table layout that suits the number of guests and the style of your event. The Auditorium also has a stage and a dancefloor.
The recently renovated Poon Boon Room, built within our Tooleybuc Bistro, is the ideal intimate area for celebrations. Enjoy a sit-down meal from the bistro, while commemorating special events, such as anniversaries, birthdays and other milestones with up to 80 people.
The room would be made available to you the day before to allow for any additional decorating or set up of technology. We can supply rectangle tables, or other tables and equipment, and will work with you to create an event tailored to your needs.
The Menu
The day belongs to you! There are no rules about how many courses you need to serve or the styles of meals, you will find Menu’s we have used in the past as a guide only, we aim to please and will consider any suggestions or requirements you may have.
Accommodation
As well as our River Retreat Villas, Tooleybuc has 3 motels, a hotel and a caravan park so guests would be well catered for if accommodation was required.
