Enjoy the beautiful, grassed area on the banks of the Murray River at our Rotunda, perhaps the picturesque ‘3rd Hole’ or beside the Lake on the Golf Course for your wedding. Brides have used the Rose Garden at the front of the Club or indoors in the Burgundy Room. The options are endless!
If your event or conference is on the Club grounds we can have hors d’oeuvres and beverages served anywhere inside the venue, on the Heath Terrace or in the Rose Garden.
We have two main function Rooms.
The Burgundy Room offers a more intimate setting and will seat up to 80 guests for a sit down meal, or for a more casual ‘finger food’ menu we can comfortably cater for 100.
The Auditorium can seat up to 300 for a sit down meal. The room is split level, allowing you many options for a table layout that suits the number of guests and the style of your event. The Auditorium also has a stage and a dancefloor.
Both rooms have full bar facilities.
The room would be made available to you the day before to allow for any additional decorating or set up of technology. We can supply rectangle tables, or other tables and equipment can be hired from your preferred supplier.
The Menu
The day belongs to you! There are no rules about how many courses you need to serve or the styles of meals, you will find Menu’s we have used in the past as a guide only, we aim to please and will consider any suggestions or requirements you may have.
Accommodation
As well as our River Retreat Villas, Tooleybuc has 3 motels, a hotel and a caravan park so guests would be well catered for if accommodation was required.
