The Service
If you’re not having a church wedding, why not consider the grassed area on the banks of the Murray River at our Rotunda, perhaps the picturesque ‘3rd Hole’ or beside the Lake on the Golf Course. Brides have used the Rose Garden at the front of the Club or indoors in the Burgundy Room. The options are endless!
The Reception
If the service is on the Club grounds we can have hors d’oeu’vres and beverages served at the service or back at the Club on the Heath Terrace or in the Rose Garden.
We have two main function Rooms being the Burgundy Room which offers a more intimate setting. This room will seat up to 80 guests for a sit down meal or for a more casual ‘finger food’ menu we can comfortably cater for 100.
The Auditorium can seat up to 300 for a sit down meal. The room is split level, allowing you many options for a table layout that suits the number of guests and the style of your reception. The Auditorium also has a stage and a dancefloor.
Both rooms have full bar facilities.
The room would be made available to you the day before to allow for any additional decorating. We have rectangle tables but past brides have hired round tables at their own cost.
The Menu
The day belongs to you! There are no rules about how many courses you need to serve or the styles of meals, you will find Menu’s we have used in the past as a guide only, we aim to please and will consider any suggestions or requirements you may have.
Accommodation
As well as our River Retreat Villas, Tooleybuc has 3 motels, a hotel and a caravan park so guests would be well catered if accommodation was required.
